About the position
Symantec Research Labs offer a Principal Research Engineer position at Mountain View, California. This is an opportunity to be part of an outstanding team at Symantec Research Labs. The individual will be responsible for developing new concepts, tools and technologies in one or more of the following areas:
- Network & Mobile Security
- Virtualization & Cloud security
- Data analytics, Content analysis & Natural language processing
Projects will include researching challenging problems, developing working prototypes, making public presentations and transferring results to business units for commercialization.
PhD. In Computer Science or related field is required. Prior experience (university research or commercial) preferred.
