About the position
The Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences of the University of Manchester wishes to appoint a number of world-leading Professors to support its strategic growth in Computing and Digital Science and Technology.
The ideal candidate will be a leading authority in their field with a strong track record in journal publication and research funding. In addition, a strong track record of teaching excellence covering undergraduate, postgraduate and CPD/executive education is essential. We would also expect the candidate to take a leading role in developing Computing and Digital Science and Technology across the Faculty and University.
Successful candidates will join one on the nine Schools within the
Faculty, where they will be expected to provide leadership promoting
interdisciplinary research and education.
